ESPAR TDR 'deal' lackluster TDR response

Maybe it should have been done in the begining of the winter. Why would anybody blow money on something that we won't use for months? Just my 2cents

Several tried to get this going earlier with no luck. I just happened to get their attention when I did and the negotiations managed to drag out (as expected for a company that has never sold direct).

We got a decent price but the timing really sucked. They know it too!

I got mine yesterday and it had some shipping damage to the parts kit& the intake hose. A call to David has the parts coming Fed-x.

I bought by credit card and don't see the broker charges. 50 for freight, that is it. Maybe some came from MI and some from CANADA??

They charged me $99 for the remote & $59. 88 for SALES TAX... WTF? shipped from Michigan.
