Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) ETH/DEE in 1999??

I am looking at replacing the clutch with a SBC 13/1. 25 Con OFE in my 1999 3500 6 spd. Would this engine transmission combination be classified as an ETH/DEE setup?? The engine model # is ISB 235 from the tag on the engine. (235 horsepower??) I'll also check with Peter for his recommendations.

ETH (HO engine) first appeared in model year 2001.

No your not an "ETH/DEE", you would be classified as ETC/DEE



Be best to check with Peter regardless.

ETH 245 hp 505 ft-lbs torque

ETC 235 hp 460 ft-lbs torque
