Ever heard of this converter?

We're looking at a fifth wheel built by General Coach in Oliver BC Canada It is fitted with a "Victory CV45" converter made in China. I've found nothing about them on the net. Any one know anything about them or seen anything?

Have the dealer replace it with a Progressive Dynamics PD91XX and the smart controller. Best converter on the market and you will not have to mess with it ever again.
