Exaust upgrade

I want a little rumble in my Exaust, but not straight pipe it and mae it obnoxious. . any suggestions?

Rip rook makes nice stuff. I have a straight pipe, but I used his mandrel bent tailpipe, and its a very nice unit and a good price too. But if you want a little rumble, with almost no interior resonance, just take the muffler off, leave the resonator.

Do '04. 5's have catalytic converters? If so leave that and take the muffler off. Six and one half dozen in another... ... ... .

We are in process of a cat back and test pipe for the 2004. 5's and hope to have it available at the end of June or early July, it will be available in T-409 stainless and will use all the factory hangers etc just like the other MBRP systems.

Banks Monster exhaust is a good choice for better sound or on the 2004. 5 you could replace the muffler with a straight pipe and install and Aeroturbine just behind the cat. This actually works quite well.
