Excessive Gray Smoke

When I started my truck this morning it smoked quite a bit till it warmed up? (injector?) Runs a little rough then when warmed up its fine. This was with my box on 75 horse. I have been running Power Service fuel additive but I think Im going to change it. Any ideas , don't want to go to dealer unless absolutely necessary. Thanks Guys, Smokin Joe
