I have a 2004 dodge 3500 Vin C. I replaced the injectors because it was blowing white smoke and missing out, plus the dealer said they were over flowing lol. So I bought remanned ones which was a mistake but now it doesn't do anything but blow black smoke from low end to top end speeds. It also pops at higher RPMs. Anybody have any ideas? The truck is completely stock

Yeah, reman injectors. Now, get a set of NEW injectors so you have a known good place to start from. Nothing in your description is detailed enough to diagnose problems. About all I can say is change the fuel filter and the air filer first,

Ok I'll try the new air and fuel filter. I'm going to call tomorrowwhere I got them from and see what I can do about sending them back. It starts up and idles just fine but as soon as you touch the throttle it poofs black smoke. As soon as you start going it's just a cloud of black smoke. And the harder I get on the throttle then it starts popping like I have a glass packs on it. Which I have a 4 inch straight pipe but it didn't sign like that before I replaced the injectors. So basically I'm thinking it's a stuck injector. But I tried to do the kill test on them. I unhooked #1 and it kinda sputtered #2, 5 and 6 all did but 3 and 4 didn't miss a beat.

Are you sure you got the correct injector for your 2004 truck? In 2004 there were 2 engines that too different injectors, if they got mixed between builds you will have problems. Check the build date on your truck against what you got for injectors. Where did the injectors come from?

Yes I made sure they were for the 325HP Vin C but I'll pull them back out and double check the numbers and everything. I'll reply back tomorrow when I get them out and let you know
