Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Exh-brake- Vs -engine Warranty

Installed a PAC-Brake on my 2001 3500 shortly after taking delivery. Recently noticed the manual transmission clutch slipping with only 51K miles. Appears that the engine rear oil seal is leaking and fouled the clutch.



Is Dodge gonna cry "FOUL" regarding the engine warranty with installation of the PAC-Brake?

Depends on your dealer. The mopar unit is the only apporved brake by the factory,,,,,,,, but if the pac is approved by cummins then who knows,,,, the cummins part my have cause the chrysler part to fail,,,,,,,,, chrysler really doesnt have anything to do with the cummins engine warranty,,,,,,,,,, really depends on whether or not your service manager is an az$ or not
