Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Exhaust bolt torque specifications

Hi all -- This is probably a simple one, but I am installing the ISS PRO Pyro into my manifold and I have no torque specifications for reassembly, either at the manifold or at the exhaust pipe where it connects to the turbo -- can anyone help?

Rick, right out of the manual it says the manifold bolts to the head are torqued to 32 ft. lb. and the turbo to the exhaust manafold is 24 ft. lbs.
