Exhaust brake opinions

I want to install a exhaust brake on my 02 and I am looking at the PACBRAKE PRXB exhaust brake the inline model not the turbo mount model. My truck is a auto. How will do the exhaust brakes work with auto trans?? are they better units out there??

The answers to your question have been posted and discussed 1000 times over the years I've been a TDR member.

You cannot simply install an exhaust brake on an automatic transmission truck earlier than 2006. Your transmission does not lock up and the eb will destroy it quickly. You must install a method for locking the 47RE.
