You need to look at the elbow to down pipe on the 95 and the elbow to down pipe on the 2001. If they are the same diameter and shape, then the answer would yes. But you need to look at the those two items first.

I am thinking there will be a difference. You should be able to get an elbow from a 2001 to look at via your local dealer or maybe you know someone who has done the mod on a 2001 and still has his factory elbow.

The Jake ties into the ECM, so an 01 probably won't work on a 95, you might need to get one that goes in the exhaust pipe. If you tow you will like the Jake!!!

Even if it fits, it's controlled by the ECM, I don't know if the 95 has the same ECM as the 01, I doubt it is the same, if it even has one.

The 01 wire to the ECM goes to pin 20 which provides 12 VDC. So that is not an issue cause who cares where you get the 12 VDC from. Looks like all you need to do is get a switch that you can activate from the shifter or that the throttle cable activates when you let completely off the throttle. . Put them in series and you can use it with the cruise control on at the same time. Automatic mode.

Yea we can make this work :D ;)
