I read both of those and tried the plug. Didn't work for me. Thanks for looking that up. I guess everytime Dodge changed the years something got added and somethings got deleted

The tow miles is in the same screen as the trailer brake strength setting, just push the right arrow button to go to it.

There is a company who is programming the trucks for deletes and they are able to leave the brake on all the time. They may be able to give you a "stock" version of the program but with the brake function enabled. At that point I'd say you put your warranty at risk however.
