Exhaust Elbow

It it true that the exhaust elbow changed from 3. 5" to 4" diameter from the 2004 to the 2004 1/2 model year? I ask because I found a factory exhaust brake from an 07 but there are different part numbers for the 2 applications (2004 and 2004 1/2 thru 2007.

Yes thats true.

It changed with the ISB 600 Engine to a full length 4" Exhaust.

Yes they are different sizes for the years you mentioned. But the '07 brake should bolt right onto your turbo. The turbo exhaust side is the same on the '03-'07. The difference is the early ones had a 3 1/2" pipe to the muffler, and the late ones are 4" the whole way. So saying that the '07 will fit you will have to go with a later model 4" exhaust system so that it is the right size to bolt onto the brakes outlet.
