Just an update on my progress to reduce the resonance that starts about 2100 RPM. I think it was Nutter that came up with the idea to put angle iron on the pipe. I clamped two pieces, about 36", in front of the muffler and that helped some. Someone else suggested just exhaust clamps. I ordered some four inch clamps from Banks ($4. 95 each) and put two on the down pipe jusy below the turbo outlet and three more on the short section in front of the muffler. I tightened everthing pretty tight including the original angle. I am very pleased with the result, noticeably quieter at all speeds. Still not perfect but much, much better. Wife says I can keep it.
