Will a 4" pipe fit directly after the turbo or will it have to be smaller? Will I still be able to use factory heat shield or will I have to get an aftermarket one?

You can get a pipe that is reduced from 4" to fit on the exhuast housing. I don't think there is another heat shield. I think you would cut the old one and put it on the new pipe.
