. The muffler is an Allied performance series truck muffler, straight through. At idle and part throttle it is nice and quiet, but once the boost goes over 15 pounds it rattles windows. I don't recall what I paid for it, somewhere around $400 I think it was. All the bends are mandrel, he hand builds the system out of 4" pipe and 45 and 90 bends and welds it all together. He didn't have the ability to bend 4" when he did mine and I don't think he does yet, but it doesn't matter. The way we did mine I can even pull the transfer case without having to touch the exhaust. He uses the new style exhaust hangers, I think they are some sort of Polyeurethane, I haven't had a problem in nearly a year now. It might take me a couple of days, but I have a friend with a digital camera, I could have her take some pics and I will post them. He is here in Montrose right now finishing up some real-estate and company business, but he is supposed to be back in Idaho in 2-3 weeks. I will find out where he lives and a phone no. The guys name is Chancey Merwin. I have been experimenting with my pump so I can't give you any good egt or boost numbers, especially not a before and after no. I am pegging my 30psi boost guage in 4th and 5th, and about half way through 5th I have to back out of it a little, it gets into the red. I think that answered most of your questions for now.
