External oil cooler

Has anyone installed an external oil cooler on there Cummins 24 v. If so what adaptor or set did you have to use?

H,there is already an oil cooler in the water jacket behind the oil filter housing,I don't think any more cooling is necessary,my oil temp has never gone above 180°.

dont bother,just one more thing to go wrong,3 yrs down the road,the fitting or hose blows and you blow the motor. The internal one works good enough.

Could add a nice one inline w/ the amsoil setup.

Any other reasons why its a bad idea? On a hot day pullin through death valley (which we do)it may be of help.
