Attention: TDR Forum Junkies About 3:00 PM on Tuesday of last week I called Practical Solutions and talked to Gordon about one of his heavy duty idler pulleys. He told me that he would get it out that afternoon and that I could mail him a check.
On Thursday about noon I was sitting at my desk writing checks, including his, when I looked out the window and saw the UPS driver pull up out front. I went to the door to get the delivery and one of the items was the idler pulley. From Montana to North Mississippi in less than 48 hours is outstanding when you consider that the price includes shipping.
This level of service is one of the main things that separate the good vendors from the less than good. Having a good product is important but to offer that product with exceptional service is to be commended.
By the way, the installation of the idler pulley took 20 minutes on Friday morning.
