Competition 13.20's with Cal trac's

:D

We tried to settle it at Jesup, but not one Indy truck showed.

Then we tried Fort Wayne- Shceids blew up, and Mitchell didn't get to run.

This is getting old for the fans, I hope we can get some action before August!!!

But, Scheids is exotic and super extreme and is willing to blow it up everytime, to me that deserves alot of respect.

I can respect the fact that Schieds is willing to blow it up, but it's not impressive that they do, and Mitchell still wins everytime. If they won most of the time it would be different. ;)

All this does make for good advertising for Schieds though(INSANE trucks look good to the grand stands), because they at least have their name on the side of the truck, and Mitchell does not.

If he wanted to bring more business then he would. It's called "Advertising". ;) Some of those people who have not heard about diesel performance have no idea I'm sure. I know they get money from the sponcers, but don't NHRA and NASCAR have their sponcer's names on the car? Why would it be any different, he is the sponcer right?

Andrew,

Once and for all,

Its Sponsor, not "sponcer".

But, I agree the names on sides of trucks looks nice and adds to the popularity of the sport by being able to associate a truck with a name (like Nascar).

Kid, all I'm saying is, everyone knows "the white truck", and if they didn't know, after he pulled they would for sure. I think the, "get down to business" look of his truck adds to the mystique. Ask Gene how much farther he pulls with stickers plasterd all over his truck. :D

just think Rob Thomass, there is less to have to clean with stickers on! :p

This may be a mute point, but I was under the impression that Mr. Crowder works for Scheid, and gets to play with the puller in his spare time, whereas Mr. Mitchell makes his living with the white truck. Someone pleas correct me if I am misinformed.

That said, I have yet to see Scheid's truck pull in person, and have only seen Mitchell's truck run once in person, and nearly caugth a piece of bellhousing in my teeth at Scheid's last August :D

Both of these trucks are amazing, and I hope to see more this summer!

Eric

Mr. Crowder married Mr. Scheids daughter.

Enterprise Engine was there before Dave pulled, and willl be there long after he quits pulling, I'm sure.

It was a hobby that got out of control, possibly the reason he never had the truck decalled until last winter.
