With 350/800 announced now what??

Diesel engines & PU Campers

I had a similar solution, I added a 2" block to the 4 overload stops. So the upper overloads contact sooner. This worked for 100,000 miles on my 04 3500 and Alpenlite camper. No problems no regrets, not downside. I would assume the wedgies will work at least just as good. Brilliant idea.

Bought 4 at Northern Hydraulics in Lewisville, TX. The first attempt was to use the tie wrap method. Problem with my 2nd Gen DRW was the rubber bump stops were interfering with the wedges. We removed the bumps stops, drilled holes and used 5/16 stainless bolts counter sunk through the wedges and bump stop mount holes, cinched down by nylocs. Then used one tie strap to keep the wedges aligned with the axis of the overload spring.

Brought the rear height up 1 full inch, and leveled the headlight aim with the 5er hooked up.

Thanks for the tip. :):):)
