Some EH their cylinder head. An exhaust manifold is not out of the realm of ideas to EH.

Buy a Mustang pony car magazine. I used to read these in the Navy. There's plenty of companies that extrude hone the intake/exhaust for power. While it could help EGT's the extrude hone effect might wear off due to soot.
