Well, it all depends on where you start at. Every truck is different. If your truck only made 175hp stock, like Chuck 3 said, then adding 125hp will only get you to 300hp.



I have seen stock 24v trucks make 170, and other ETC's make 245 stock. I've seen ETH's from 200 to 249hp.



Kat, that was an 99 ETC with a DTT trans in it.
 
Have a question for you all I have the EZ and the BHAF. If I trade in the EZ on the comp box won't I accomplish the same thing as the EZ and the DDII's with more flexibility
 
Kevin, sounds like your probe is post turbo. they will go 1175 degrees stock pre turbo.



Sounds like you already know what it will do, you hit the nail right on the head.



You will have to back off on your wastegate after the 4" is installed it will probably jump to 39 psi.



I would try and shoot for 30-34 psi.

The probe is pre turbo. When the truck was stock I could barely see 1000 degrees pulling a 16K flatbed . That is why I wonder if I would benefit from a bigger exhaust because my egt's seem under control.





How do I adjust the wastgate? Right now I am using the elbow that came with the EZ?

You might have a lazy gauge or probe.

We use auto meter gauges and have seen consistant results.



To adjust the wastegate you will lengthen or shorten the rod to lower or raise boost respectively.
 
I think my EGT's have gone done some but I do not drive very hard considering for the last 5000 miles ,the truck has an average over 21mpg (keeping records and mileage traveled for work). I think the clutch slipped so put DDTT on timing only :{ . It still has more power than just DDTTOo. Oo. . Now the bank account has to replunish for a clutch ,oh well. I dynoed with just a stock truck and DDTT 253hp/630, now with 4" exhaust, BHAF, And DD2's???????? I'll have to behave for now.

I add a ez the later a set of injectors. My injectors are slightly milder than dd2. And the injectors made a bigger power increase than did my ez box.
