F.A.S.S. system in

I might be putting this in the worng place but my friend called TST and talked to those guys there after he blew his intercooler hose and they said that they have had good results using a pump off of a 2 gen I cant remeber the year but it was from a farly newer 2 gen. They told him that it will go in line before the pump and the one that they have been running has seamed to hold up and get the job done. They said that you would have to find a way to mount and plumb it and everything. My firend bought the part from cummins the other day but hasent gotten all the fittings for plumbing the lines. Like I said I might be posting this in the wrong place but hey it better to ask for forgivness then permision.

Hey Hotram03. Do you like the fass better than the DD pusher pump? Does one do a better job than the other. Any pro's or cons you've seen on either? Thanks in advance.

One thing is the FASS system isn't as noisy as the DD pusher pump, I have noticed my egt climb rate isn't as fast as it was, truck cools down at idle quicker and I have seen about 3/4 of a mpg increase on my mileage. About 1lb of boost extra as well and seems like smoother acceleration too. FASS idle psi is like Blakeunderwoods 17 psi at idle, 15 under wot. Hope this helps ya
