Competition Traction bars and drag racing

Off Roading What kind of shocks?

I cant get this to work at all!!! I tried the suggestions and that didnt workabout the free quick time and it just came up files are harmful!!! What do i do i really would like to see this vidio fellas!!!!

I think the easiest way to view the video is to R click on the link and download it once downloaded you can just select to open it assuming you have the Quick time view installed then you can view the movie.

Im interested to see how the 2 trucks were setup? IE trans, engine, and gearing, Also using a tow strap hooked up the the tow balls isnt' the smartest idea in the world but hay it was funny to watch.

I love how you hear the Ferd rattlin tryin to get some power goin and then hear the Ram let out a little grunt and drag him backwards. Good job man.

I had to post this on another site, want to see what the other guys have to say.

both trucks are pretty much the same we both have autos 4:10 gears and we were both in 4 low the rest of the details are in the first post i think the main differance was me giving it just enough throttle to move but not enough to start spinning once you start spinning you say goodby to your traction

Sweet video.

Way to show em up. Has anyone seen the video of the white 4door ford getting the crap drug out of it by a white dodge, great video?

Yeah I watched that video this morning that ford got drug down the road hard. He didn't even had a chance the first time. The second time the ford put up a little fight and then got drug down the road. Awesome.

Dave

I have the two white trucks video on my little usb thing now, anyone want to post it, if so send me your e-mail. The Dodge really hammers the old ford.

I'm not trying to be a party pooper cuz I always love to see Fords Drug. But does that truck have a limited slip rear or just a one wheel peel?? That makes a big difference. . I know of a 97 F350 Crew Cab Powerjoke that got drug by a whimpy ol Reg Cab 1/2 Chevy with a 350. . I do alot of Tug A Trucks myself, I've won 2 big events myself. . Drug a few fords and hate to say but a few dodges too... I think my all time fav was an extended cab Dually 24V Cummins!!! Boy was that guy P!$$#D. . Out Done by a little ol 2500 Ext Cab Shortbed. . But Most of my pulling is on dirt and the TSL Boggers don't seem to hurt either!!! LOL BUT HAY YOU DRUG A FORD THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS!!!!

Well it's not any harder on things then sled pulling. . You just have to go about Tug A Wars a whole different way. . There's alot of different techniques you have to go by. . And also pulling on dirt is totally different than hooking on pavement. . Oo.

I don't do tug of wars but, highly recomend NOT using a hitch ball as an attatch point. Also any chains, cables, etc should also have some sort of weight, like a blanket etc to help reduce the danger when something does brake, nothing like a hitch ball or chain flying through your window and hitting you in the back of the head, maybe killing you... I admit its cool to watch though :)

I Highly NOT Recommending the use of balls or chains be used either. The only way I do Tug A Wars is with a heavy Cleavis and good heavy tow strap such as at least a 27,000 lbs load capacity. . Granted the strap will stretch some but is a little bit safer if it were to break. Also one pull I attend annually use a solid 10ft bar that attaches and locks into place on your draw bar with no ball, drop the pin through lock in place and pull. . Best and safest method I've ever seen. They even use a lazer on the bar to determine who pulled who... Oo. Oo.
