Facory back-up camera

Have recently gone from 1st gen to 4th and would like to install factory rear camera in 2011 Ram Laramie 2500. It is equipped with Sirrus, Nav. and U connect with radio having sales code RHB. The factory camera kits (82211184) can be found online but the RHB is not listed as being compatable. After checking with 4 different Dealers within a 50 mile radius, they tell me that I would have to upgrade to a RHR for the rear camera to work. In TDR issue 70 Page 44 this topic is disscussed and supposedly the camera will work with this radio, but would need to be activated by dealer. All 4 dealers advised me that they could not activate camera even if I installed it since it wasn't compatable with this radio. Is there any other info available on Factory camera installation?
