I was going to buy the 4inch downpipe from bigexhaust.com, BUT then i remembered that the "600" comes with one and I thought every one here would like to know the part#

p# 52121600AA --- pipe --- under $80

Did anyway already use this in there custom exhaust setup?

I plan on using this than dumping a straight pipe out before the rear wheel, what do you all think???

cya!

Thank you for posting the part number. I have tried two dealerships and neither one could come up with the number. Would you possibly have the part number for the clamp where the pipe clamps to the elbow for the 600 setup?

SERVICE REPAIR TIPS

PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THIS SHEET TO THE SERVICING TECHNICIAN

PRIOR TO ORDERING THIS PART, THE FOLLOWING MUST BE VERIFIED:

When servicing this part number, the band clamp for the turbocharger is notre-usable. The lock nut on the clamp is a jam/crimp style and the clamp must be replaced as a assembly. The band clamp is used at the turbocharger outlet elbow or exhaust brake outlet elbow (if so equipped). The 2003 - 2004DR Heavy Duty models with Cummins engines ( without XCK sale code) uses clamp PN 52103596AC, the 2004. 5-2005 model year DR HD ( with XCK) uses clamp PN 52121285AA

hows that?

PS- the XCK is the "600" cummins code

Thats about as good as it gets. I found a 2004. 5 elbow and now with this down pipe I plan on ordering an after market down pipe back 4 inch exhaust. With this setup I will eventually be able to install the 2004. 5 exhaust brake with the 4inch inlet and outlet. I figure with the larger exhaust I can keep my EGT down while towing my 13000# horse trailer .

HMMM, i guess i should have thought about this a bit more... .

This downpipe probably will not fit the elbow on my 03 truck, will it ?? -- I forgot if the 4. 5 has a different elbow oulet size, does any know for sure?

Thanks
