I have the factory manual on disc but I gotta say, this cannot be what they really are using for a shop manual on these trucks. I didn't want to blow the big bucks on the four part manuals but I don't have a problem doing so if they actually contain "detailed", "full spectrum" procedures and parts interaction. The disc is like a cartoon book of parts pictures and abbreviated procedures.

Can anyone who has seen both the disc and the manuals tell me for sure that the hard copy manuals are much more detailed and worth the jump in price from the disc?

Thanks!

The version I have on disc is an actual manual... step-by-step (not abbreviated) and good blackline illustrations.

Where did you get your disc?

I got it from Dodge. From where they say to get it in the back of the user manual. I would call this disc faaaaar from detailed compared to my old multi-volume Jeep Cherokee service manuals or even my Harley service manual. Is this really everything that is in the four volume hard copy?
