Factory Navigation System

Hey guys, my truck is an 03, and was wondering if there was a factory radio with the navigation that was offered for this year from the dealer? I would like to have the navigation system but don't really want an aftermarket one. I know the 04's have them but don't know if they are interchangable with the 03's. Does anyone have a factory one in there 03, or know if I could get one from a newer truck and have it fit in the stock radio location? Thanks
