What dealers online offer the best prices on factory parts? I needs a few things for my recently acquired 2001.

Tenafly Chrystler Jeep ( http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=213794 ) has a good online catalog and great prices, but I found the service to be horrible and gave up on 'em. I ordered the little rubber strip for the outside bottom of the windows from them... price was less than half what my local dealer wanted, and the part they sent was genuine Mopar. But the web site said it was "in stock" when it wasn't... had to wait almost two weeks for it because they had to order it first. Then, they shipped this long, skinny, delicate part that must not be bent in a crappy jury-rigged cardboard tube held together with scotch tape. It got bent in shipping, and arrived useless. They were willing to replace it (though they never thought to say "we're sorry"), but insisted I ship them the damaged one first. I live in the middle of nowhere and don't have time to drive 25 miles to the UPS center, or hang around home all day waiting for UPS to pick up my package. So I finally wrote it off as a total loss. I won't do business with companies that don't care/know how to go the extra mile to make customers happy... life is too short, and there are too many other people who will happily take my money.

Anyway, my point is: while looking for the best possible prices, keep an eye on service quality, too.

I have had some experiance with Tenyfly as well, and can understand where WBusa is coming from. I have twice ordered parts from Tenafly, both times I got exactly what I was looking for, and both times the packaging was fine. One order was for a gasket kit, so you can understand that bending the headgasket just a bit and it's not useable.

Having said that, both order took longer than I would have liked, I too suspected that the items were not in stock, or shipping is very slow. One order I was billed for twice, but that was quickly fixed with a phone call.

I'd buy from them again, if it were a part I could wait for, but beware, the price is great, the service ... not so much.

One last thing I've learned, if it's a Cummins part you need, buy it from Cummins!Better price, better service.

Good luck

Did you try calling out to West Pointe Dodge in Burgettstown,PA just west of you. Its where my 98 came from originally and they seem like a great bunch of people. MO'Donnell(aka Mopar Mike) deals with them alot and also will vouch for them. When I bought my truck at Manheim a few years ago it was brought in by them. I had some questions after buying it and got them all answered and was treated like I bought it from them. BTW,congratulations on the new ride!!!!!. It seems like only yesterday you got the one from Florida. Now don't clutter the back seat all up like the rest of us did after we all got the extra room... . LOL... ... ... . Andy
