factory service manual ,,availability

I just got a new to me 2007 3500 megacab dually 4X4,,and am looking to find a paper copy OEM service manual for it,,,got one for my 96 a long time ago,,and now i'm told we can't get a paper version anymore,,,does anyone know where i might find a reproduction of the OEm one???

I can't speak to the 2007 Ram, but I got my 2005 factory service manual's on ebay. Also got manuals for my 2002 Sebring, 2006 Dodge Magnum, and a 2005 Jeep Liberty for my Dad, all on ebay. Price seems to vary significantly depending on the year.

Also, 15 years ago, when I had a 97 Ram 1500, I had a good relationship with my local dealer, and they actually ordered a set for me. They've since changed owners, and I've been told they can't sell those to the public. Might be worth a try?

Good luck, I always get the factory manuals when I buy a car, and I think they are worth every penny, saving me much more than I've spent in every instance.

I have a cousin who's the parts manager at a local Dodge dealership and he says even THEY dont get paper manuals anymore,,,cant even order them,,,so i'm back to trying to find a OEM manual wherever i can find one,,,hopefully someone has an idea.

Get a price from kinkos to print one out for you and bind it

I have purchased manuals and tools from these folk before, they do show a 2008 printed 6 volume set. About six lines down. Also see that they have a 6 volume set for a 2006 a little further down.



Legit site, as I say I have ordered from them in the past and no problems.



Be aware that many of these are slightly used. They tell you that when you select it.

funny they have every year BUT 2007,,,,and with a $250. 00 price tag for a CD they must be on some serious drugs,,,i can get an exact copy on Ebay for $20. 00,,,still hoping to find a true paper copy,,but i may have to buy the ebay CD and get it printed,,,maybe only print the diesel specific stuff so it's not such a thick book

Also be aware that there are issues with the viewers on the RAM cd's not working on IE7 and up, plus other issues with Windows Vista and up. They are working on newer stuff, just be careful before you go all through this and find that you can't see the wiring diagrams for example.
