Fair market price?

We have been using fords for work trucks for our landscape company for years now and im willing to give a dodge a try this time around. Im not to familiar with the dodge trucks so if you guys could lean me in the right direction. Here is what offer I have from ford on the table and im looking for something in comparison from dodge



2006 Ford F-250 Crew Cab long bed 4X4 6. 0 diesel XL work package

bedliner,tow package & cd player : $31,800 OTD



What would be the comparison for the 06 dodge? is it the SL package? I dont want cloth I want the vinyl bench seats.



Is 2007 when they are putting out the new 6. 7? what month will that hit the market?

As far as engines i was told from my local dealer that of course the 07's will be on the lot sometime in Oct. if not earlier and those will be the old 5. 9L... . Dealer told me that after the 1st of january anything built will have the new 6. 7L and by the time you get it from the factory it could be Feb or March..... So if you by between now and the end of the year you will get the 5. 9 so i've been told.

You didn't say where you are from... ... but try www.dishmandodge.com and www.davesmilth.com... Dave Smith is the largest dodge dealer in the world and dishman is the largest dodge dealer in WA. . both sell at 1000 back of invoice... . less rebates and are very low keyed... .

When the 5. 9's are gone... the switch will be made to the 6. 7... I'd take an 06, it should be less, as the new emissions requirements on the 07's will require more money...



I personally own several Fords... . use them hard... . the dodges have cost me about 40% less than the fords in repair costs... ... .



You might wish to look at at the SLT..... that's what I buy... I really enjoy the several of the features that the SL doesn't have... ...
