I will chime in later today with some updates. I was not sure if I even could attend Saturday due to work and no vacation time but I will now make Saturday and take the loss in wages. I have been working as much as possible to get fixed what was left to me in this divorce mess and have had little time for much else.



It has been heard that there have been some secret meetings of the Common Rail crowd here,both HP upgrades and some super secret dyno tuning getting ready for Fall Brawl. I have a feeling that this years event is going to be a doosy and that SOMEONE IS and I repeat,IS,going home via a trailer or tow truck.



We all know that will not be "Chicken Little" aka Wade,because he has once again come up with a multitude of excuses to not back up his lofty claims made. Couple his fear and knowing he will loose all those nice Benjamins to Dockboy the only thing he is bringing is his sneakers.



Also. .

I have been informed that,along with Wade being a no show,Dockboy's ride will not be ready for the torque challenge and his spot will also be filled by someone else. I will look things over and get invites out to the next two on the HP list from last years show.



Someone also NEEDS to bring a drool towel and a mop along for Wannadiesel. Once he sees what Tater has done to his truck he may have alot of swabbing the deck to do. Maybe we could put some of those posts up with the velvet rope to keep him at bay for a while,LOL. . :-laf:-laf

I THOUGHT you stopped all that nonsense when you stopped dealing with that poorly run shop from NJ????.

I have an idea though for you to make it. .

Up your way there is a lifted green Dakota that has a HX40 you can borrow. Since that truck has been parked for a while now I am certain that he does not need it right away... :-laf:-laf:-laf

Someone asked about direction off of Range End Road...

The shop actually sits inbetween Range End Road(Old US 15)and Us Rt 15. Its easy to find just drive south of Dillsburg towards Gettysburg on 15 and look for all the smoke or trucks. If you coming from the Gettysburg area then drive north on 15 and look to your left as you start up the hill into Dillsburg and look for the smoke and trucks,LOL.



Starting time on the dyno will probably be about 8:30ish both days with Sunday being a tad looser start from hangovers and lack of sleep,LOL.

just because wade isnt dynoing his truck doesnt mean it wont be there. also just because that particular truck isnt dynoing doesnt mean we arent going to show very well. see ya saturday!!!

I have a couple stock 35's laying around that I could use but I really wanted to dyno before the "winter upgrades" I have in mind:-laf



As for me running a HX-40 I out grew them a couple years ago:-laf

But it wouldn't be the first time Bob let me borrow a Charger off him



I was at the benefit pull at the west end fair grounds on Sat. We got to pull twice, the first pull was real strong and I was pretty happy with it



Now the 2nd pull I invited my father to ride along with me and if you know my dad he has more bad luck than I do:-laf

I got to the end of the track and POOF!! Unhooked from the sled and started looking under the hood and then it started bellowing white smoke Got it to the trailer and sure enough play in the Wheel:{



And bruce wasnt there he was at a pull in Indiana PA.

More than likely, you'll see the sign for Range End Road at the bottom of the hill just as you cross the intersection and start up the hill. Just take your foot off the fuel and put on your left turn signal. You'll see the shop and trucks and coast almost slow enough to turn left just past the shop. Oh, wait. Coastin' only works if yer doin' 90.



Fall Brawl 2003 is a pic from 2003, slightly to the north from across 15. Of course, it's all probably changed in the intervening 4 years... .

Having a "voluntary" collection taken (as folks roll into the dyno) that's awarded to the person having the worst break down of the event. Hopefully this will be an award that won't have to be given, and all proceeds can go to a worthy charity.
