Fan Nut Threads

Yep! Left hand threads and usually really tight.

The large single nut that holds the fan onto the clutch is reverse thread, the several small bolts that hold the fan clutch onto the engine are standard thread.

Thanks, Bad Dog & Brian. I thought that was the case, but didn't want to spend 20 minutes tightening it more. It's been off a couple of times since Feb, so hopefully it will not be too bad.

Dap a big load of antiseize inside the 36mm nut when you put it back on.
