Fan pulley bearing shot

Hello I just got a 2014 3500 DRW project with 137k miles. The bearing for the fan gave out and the fan damaged the radiator and the driver took it all apart. Been looking at prices for parts and was wondering how common is this? Also wondering should I replace the tensioner while in there or just replace the bracket/bearing assembly?

Do the tensioner too they will fail sooner or later

Since it is already torn apart press the assy apart and replace the bearing from a bearing house will be the most cost effective.You may also want to consider the idler pulley as well as the tensioner
