fan shroud fit 98 in a 93

anybody do a 2 nd gen motor in a 1 st gen?



questions on fan schroud fit appears fan is offset some



on 2 nd gen from 1 st gen fan schroud will not fit



any ideas besides cut cut it up !!!

Offset

Yes - the second gen. fan mount is offset toward the drivers side.

Just use your 1st. gen. mount , then the fan will be in the right place.

do you mean the 93 fan mount



it went with the old motor

Thats it, thats what you'll need to change to get the fan back where it belongs.
