Fargo to Minot

Planning a summer trip. Is it easier to travel via Bismark or take the B line?

ND is pretty easy to get around in. Thats JJW-ND country. Give him a jingle. If ya got time stop at Mike's Custom Truck. Cool shop.

Yep, as Jeff said:

Mike's Custom Trucks is a nice diversion.

go north from Fargo on I-29 to the Thompson exit 10 miles south of Grand Forks. Go west 25 miles to Northwood and Mike's shop.



From Mike's shop one can either take the leisure route to Minot or head back to Hwy 32 and across. If you're on a camping trip, Turtle River State Park is due north of Mike's place.

I would go via Bismarck...



Then I could stop in and say hi to my Dad and stepmom as well!



It's prob better to go through Bismarck and then take 83 north to Minot. '94 is a lot better drive.



True, it isn't the shortest way, but going N, then E is no picnic!

OK, thanks for the advice. Will keep Mike's shop in mind if the kids are getting out of line.
