Fass Connector at IP Blocks Power Steering Fill

I am sure that someone has run into this problem before me.
I am changing out the radiator and decided to rebuild the vacuum pump while I am in there. I was ready to remove the fluid and remembered that the fitting from the Fass lift pump where it enters the Injection Pump is so long it blocks access to the power steering filler.
I emailed Fass a couple months ago to ask them if they had a fix but they never wrote back.
Do they make a larger banjo that will solve this problem?
Will a shorter radius elbow solve the problem?

You might consider going with a straight fitting rather than an elbow if you have enough slack in the fuel hose and then bend the hose into an arc and zip tie to hold it in place. That's what I did on my '99 and allows plenty of access to the PS pump.

Believe it or not, I acquired a straight fitting today to try that very thing!
