Copied and pasted my reply from DTR:

PSI is about 16ish... varies from truck to truck slightly. Flow is about 42 GPH. We measured the stock Carter on our flow meter at 20 GPH give or take depending on what line size we used (Stock or 3/8's). So far so good other than some minor fitment issues on the 98. 5-'00 trucks (Hard feed line from pump to filter needs to be cut and lengthened slightly)... . but its easily rectified.

We put this pump on a customers truck yesterday. Pump would not drop under 11psi & idled at 17psi. It was on a stock truck & install went smoothe. This is going to be a great option for stock trucks & those with a relocation kit & want a more reliable pump with a 4 year warranty. Scott

Was the Fass DDRP a rotary vane type or a gerotor design?



Can it be used with the Vulcan fuel pump relocator kit and/or the Vulcan Big Line fuel pump relocator kit?

Gerotor... . same gear as the 95 GPH HPFP.



As for the relocation kit... . i hear that Eric is working something up.....

I am very interested in this FASS DDRP as I have about 80,000 on my rig and I just added a Banks Power Pak and I am concerned that the VP44 could starve for fuel at WOT so give me some input and whether you recommend it for my truck which is now requiring more fuel than before for sure. The big usage for this truck is a daily driver in my construction business or wagging around a 4,000# Lance Slide-in truck camper. RSVP. Is the install really a 30 minute or less install? Quiter than stock Carter, not enough miles to know much else. You do have to replace the bracket if using the Vulcan relocate kit, but not too hard of an install. I think this may be a good fix for those just wanting a stock replacement.

Just installed mine today. Took about 40 minutes mostly fighting to re-install the supply line from the tank. Getting 16-18 psi at vp with a small leak at the fuel filter fitting ( factory torque by godzilla= flattened banjo washers). Need to get some new washers tomorrow!
