I have 0-100 psi autometer and a fass system, it is almost always at 18 psi. Your gauge will be pinned at 15 psi until you hammer the throtle. I would call autometer and ask them if over 15psi will damage the gauge.

I just installed a fass system and have a 15psi gauge. When I first got my fass I was only getting 10psi. So I contacted the company and they sent me a new spring. This spring seems to be what controls the pressure. I now have 14 to 15psi.
