I have the 95gph fass w/o filters installed on my 05 ram ( By the way im looking to sell it My ad is on TDR) with 3/8" fuel hose from fass to fuel filter housing.

I am going to replace my 95gph fass with 150gph w/ filters. Should I upgrade to 1/2" fuel hose from tank to fass, fass to fuel filter housing, fuel filter housing to CP3? or stick with my 3/8" hose already installed from the 95 gph fass?

What do you think?

Line Size

If you look at the hole size in all your fittings you can probable judge

whether larger lines will help. I'm GUESSING 3/8" is just as good

because of the other restrictions.

I just installed the 150gph system with the 1/2" pickup in the tank. I replaced the 3/8" fittings at the pump with 1/2", this still leaves the 3/8" fitting that screws into the bulkhead fitting on top of the tank as a restriction. If anyone has any ideas i'm open to sugestions!!!
