I have the FASS 150 gph in my 2006 dodge and am having problems with it at about 3/8 of a tank left it starts to loose suction and starves the motor of fuel and then picks back up again and ruins fine for about 5 or so miles and then does it all over agian and if i come to a stop light it will completely die and is very hard starting i have the pickup tube in the stock location in hte tank as per the directions from Fass any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Pick up Tube

I installed a fass on my 01 and the first time I cut the pick up tube I cut it too short and my truck did the same. #@$%! I had to buy a new one and make sure it was longer I believe the instructions said to stack 2 quarters together and they should just fit between bottom of tank and end of tube.

mine does the same thing except the stalling out, but it will suck air when I hit the brakes at a red light. I had them drop the tank and they swear it is as far down as U can go (the two stacked pennys trick) I guess thats just the way they are?

I installed a fass 150 on my 03, i just took the fuel pump out of the factory housing and put in a short piece of hose so it would touch the bottom of the cup, and i have never had a problem.
