I know its a little late (Just found this one) but here is how you can tell the differance between the pumps.
To help you with our part numbers use the following example:
AAAA XXX/DDD-VVVV
A = This will tell you what unit you are working with. FASS or HPFP
X = This will tell you what model FASS unit you have. 150 Series or 95 Series. (FASS Part numbers only)***
D = This will tell you the flow rate of the pump in Gallons per hour.
V = This will tell you what application this unit is built for. Dodge is 1000's,
Ford is 2000's and Chev is 3000's
***NOTE: HPFP will not have model (X) in the part number.
95 series unit:
#ad
150 Series unit:
#ad
You can also look on the side of the motor base (The square block that attaches to the motor. If you look at the pic above for the 95 Series, you can see the "A" stamped in it) This will have an A or B stamped in the side.
A = . 625 gear (150 GPH or 200 GPH depending on the motor used)
B = . 335 gear (95 GPH or 120 GPH depending on the motor used)
Any part number with a "PSI" listed in the number, the flow rate shown is at that pressure. EX:
FASS 150/180-1010@45 PSI
