F.a.s.s Pusher Pump Installed !!!

Having STACKS is COOL... UNTIL!!!!

All,

Few simple questions for anyone who knows...

1) Does the FASS II setup (95 gph model) come with all hoses, hose fittings, bracket(s), wiring connectors, etc to install on a shortbed truck from fuel pickup on top of the tank to the stock fuel filter on the engine? I don't need to purchase or build ANYTHING else?

2) Are the hoses included with the FASS II biodiesel compatible? I normally run B20 every other tank or so. Nothing heavier.

3) Are the lines / fittings 6an (3/8") in size I. D. ??

4) On a shortbed, will there be enough hose left over to replumb the line from the filter to the VP (I realize this will require additional hose fittings).

Thanks in advance! I'm seriously thinking about droppin' the hammer on this BOMB.

Well, I got the answer to a couple of my questions from Doug at Smokin Diesel so I figured I'd post here since a lot of people seemed to have read this thread, but didn't know the answers.

The hose is a "Parker" hose that is "biodiesel certified".

The lines are all 3/8" ID.

Everything is included with the kit except teflon tape for the fittings.

And as far as having enough left over to replumb the line from the filter to the VP... the jury is still out on that one. Guess it depends on how frugal I am with the hose. I am still hoping for others input on this question who have a shortbed.

I had about 1and 1/2 foot left over blue hose 3/8 dia left over and I have the shortbed, that I didnt use but I have the 150 kit, I hope this helps.

I just put mine on a QC long bed and had well over a ft left over. Ended up mounting it to the wrong bed rail (the one closet to the cab) had everything cut when i realized. Lucky for me i left a bunch of slack. So yea, you should have enough.
