FASS Install (UPDATE)

OK all you younger,,,,, flexable guys. I'm trying to install my FASS unit.

How in the world do you get the filler hose and fuel line on the tank off????

I can only get one hand on the filler hose and not very well at that! It looks like I'm going to have to farm this one out. Just can't seem to get enough access to work in there.

Any suggestion????????????????

Any midgets,,, smaller people,,, in the area????????

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally got the fuel hose off and removed the filler tube. ( Man am I gonna be feeling this tonight!!! )

I'm assuming that I can leave or abandon the old fuel lines in place,, correct??

Any other tipe or suggestion for the remainder of the install would be appreciated, especially by this old body of mine!!!

I have two questions at this point;

1. The instructions keep stating "tighten to torque specifications" WHAT Specifications? Where do I find these specs???

2. For those of you with the long bed, where did you mount the bracket for the FASS? From what I can see, it shoud be mounted on the bed bracket closest to the cab. Any further back and it's too close to the rear spring making it more difficult to work and access the unit.
