This week while towing my trailer my truck stumbled, check engine light came on code 0192 & 0237. I had my quadzilla race box set on 60HP. At first I am thinking HP box problem. Not so,I take the truck to the dealer(mod Friendly)check the fuel pressure,10 psi. The dealer tells me the pump is on the low side of pressure running the quadzilla box. The dealer comment was he is seeing some failures with the 2003 & 2004 lift pumps,he had a 2004 in the shop for fuel lift pump repair while I was there. On monday I am having the FASS system installed on my truck,I sure hope this helps. coobie :)

FASS I have a steady 14-15psi that I can't drag down!

Once you are done getting it installed I would install 2 more ground wires off the main harness ground (GREEN WIRE).

One ground on the negative on the battery. The other ground on the frame or your choice.

I had mine ground out with and DPP said to ground to the battery. I did that but it did it again (back to 0 psi).

Well I "took the law into my own hands" (-Doug Lewallen) and installed a ground right off the ground wire right near the FASS onto the frame of the truck and havent had an issue since.

Good luck.

Let us know how you like it. The FASS its a great product.

An aftermarket system like FASS, Airdog, or whatever should clear things up.

I hope so Ryan,I really love the quad box,its very smooth and powerful. I will also install a fuel pressure gauge at the same time as the FASS install. This Mod stuff is getting expensive :-laf . coobie
