Fass is surging

For the last few weeks my fass is making a surging noise. My fuel psi gauge jumps about every 5 seconds. Could somebody tell me if that is normal??I am driving to yosemite in 3 weeks and would hate to have the fass puke on me!!!

Sounds like your sucking air...



If it does it al the time I would check your connections for an air leak...

I agree with Steved. Go to the link in my Sig and try the 5 gallon bucket test. See if this stops the issue. ALSO check all your Pipe fittings, make sure you have some sort of thread sealant on it..... especially the fittings on the Suction Tube Kit you had to install. A big pocket of air will cause the FASS to "burp" and pressure will fluctuate when that happens.
