OK, after reaching 80K my lift pump is obviously sick. After looking at the Airdog, RSP, and FASS I'll probably opt for the FASS. The question is whether to just go with the FASS II pump kit or the FASS with filters. The only advantage to the filter would be the air separator. But is this worth the extra $200? (My truck is fairly stock except for a 4" exhaust and Edge EZ. ) All comments one way or the other  would be greatly appreciated.

I run the Fass with the filters but I have installed the fass pump. they both seem to do the job well. I guess its all in preference. Ill throw my 2 cents in and say the fass pump would be more than enough for what you got unless you plan on more mods in the future

Noisy FASS? Anybody?

I noticed that if I hover my ear right around the area between the cab and bed of my truck (where my Fass is mounted underneath) I hear the pump buzzing away and changing pitch. My Fass has been running great and the only thing I notice other than the noise is the 1 psi drop in pressure (15 to 14) after the truck has been driven for awhile. Is that noise normal? Is the pressure drop normal?

Go with the pump and save the money. I think that air separator is full of hot air. I had no difference in mileage or anything else like the ad promises. It is a good pump.

Me neither!! I went with the RASP, but I will say before that I was going to get just the pump, I wanted to keep the stock fuel heater.

Pump comes as a complete kit and installs very easily. Hardest part was disconnecting the fuel line at the tank. (Finally bought a $10 tool at Napa Auto Parts sued to disconnect "quick disconnect" fittings. Bought mine from Source Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon for $379 plus $34 next day air.
