I have been running for a couple of weeks on my new Fass fuel pump and 4" exhaust. So, I thought I would just drop a line or two about my impression so far.
I purchase both of these items from Rip at http://www.protintnw.com/sa-main.htm
I highly recommend them. I got very good service.
The Pump:
Installation was time comsuming but with the good instructions provided it was no problem. However, when I got the pump installed and started the truck I was only getting 8 to 10psi. So I drove it a little to see if I got any change. The next morning I emailed Rip and asked him about it. He emailed me right back and let me know he would get ahold of the manufacture. Later in the day he emailed me back and told me he had sent out a replacement spring(this is good service). I got the new spring a couple of days later and now have 15psi and all is good.
The Exhaust:
This was pretty straght forward. Getting the old one off was the hardest part. I did have to get back under the truck and adjust it a little the other night. Not alot of room between the block and the frame for the downpipe. It had moved over a little and was touching the frame.
