Fass Pump Way To Loud

A gurgling noise is normal. This is air building up in the WS and when it builds up enough to overcome the adapter lip that the filter screws onto, it will be sucked into the pump. This is the noise you are hearing. Hearing it every once and a while (more after driving the truck) is fine.



As for the pump noise... ... we have our update. Or you can see if you are having restriction issue by trying the 5 gallon bucket test. I have heard of some with the Suction Tube Kit getting rocks (Or other debris) jammed into the inlet and causing all sorts of issues……. . might be worth checking.

thanks for the info, it is greatly appreciated, i currently have the truck in my garage all torn apart so i can build another engine, i need to drop the tank or pull the bed, the rubber gromment for the suction tube in the tank failed and was causing a leak when the tank was full while driving stop and go, i am also planning on building some new fuel lines from hyd two wire hose like a size 8 or 10, depending on the inside diameter, they will be alot more durable than just the soft rubber line as i off road alot and play in the mud...
