Fass System questions

I am looking to buy a Fass system for my 2006 5. 9L Cummins. I read some replys they call for a cannister conversion,what is this? Can I take the stock fuel pump out and put in something to draw fuel. I realy don't want to use draw tube from Fass. Also can I connect fuel line from Fass pump to factory fuel filter?

You can connect it to the stock fuel canister (that's what i did). There a kit that lets you use the existing lines running into the tank to connect up a draw tube that sits down in the existing "bucket" where the factory pump lives. You do have to remove the factory pump. Drawstraw 4 maybe, can't remember for sure - you can find it on Geno's.
