I just installed a fass titanium 150 on my truck my kit used a quick connector to connect the suction line from the fass to the top of the factory lift pump I wired up the system filled the filters with fuel and bumped the key pump came on but won't build pressure after many attempts I got the pressure up to 12psi truck started but quickly stalled and filters were empty I don't think the fass is sucking fuel out of the tank I has a 1/2 tank of fuel please HELP!!
 
I installed mine back around 2004. The suction hose connected at the top of the tank. My lift pump was on the side of the engine. Are you pulling fuel through the stock pump? My pump has always maxed out the 16 lb fuel gauge I installed. I also bypassed the stock filter. This was done following FASS instructions. Hope you get the problem figured out without too much work.
 
My kit had me use a quick connector on the stock lift pump to suck fuel through it but doesn't seem to be pulling the fuel through I'm thinking maybe that connectors back because I took the line off and ran the pump and I got suction
 
Sorry but that doesn't work that way.
You can't suck through the OEM Pump, you need to modifier the Intank Unit, fairly easy Job - except to pull the unit out of tank.
 
Just pull the intank unit, you'll see 2 lines going to the bottom, one is the return, one the sucker from the pump.
You need to dismantle the pump entirely and install a piece (around 10cm long) to the existing line, down to the bottom of the pump cup.

There is an pictured installation instruction somewhere on the FASS Site, didn't find it now but was there when I installed my FASS.
